Cancellation Policy

At our spa, we understand that unexpected things can come up, but we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer your time slot to another client who may be waiting for an opening. If you fail to give us the required 48 hours' notice, we reserve the right to charge 20% of the cost of the scheduled service. We believe this is fair to our staff, who have reserved their time for your appointment, and also to other clients who could have taken your spot if given enough notice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
